NK AI Studio(이하 "서비스")는 NK Studio(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 AI 기반 콘텐츠 제작 애플리케이션입니다. 본 서비스는 영상 제작, 이미지 생성, 브랜드 관리, SNS 콘텐츠 퍼블리싱 등 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 워크플로우를 지원합니다.
본 약관은 NK AI Studio 앱이 제공하는 모든 서비스 및 기능의 이용에 관한 조건과 절차를 규정합니다. 서비스에 접근하거나 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

2약관의 적용 및 동의
이용자가 서비스에 최초 접속하거나 계정을 생성하는 시점에 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 만 14세 미만의 이용자는 법정대리인의 동의 없이 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
본 약관은 서비스 내 게시되는 순간부터 효력이 발생합니다.
회사는 필요에 따라 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 7일 전 사전 고지합니다.

3이용자 의무

계정 자격증명(비밀번호 등)의 안전한 관리 의무
중요: 이용자가 생성하는 AI 콘텐츠가 제3자의 권리를 침해하거나 적용 법령을 위반하는 경우, 해당 이용자가 전적인 책임을 집니다.
4콘텐츠 소유권 및 저작권
이용자가 서비스를 통해 생성한 콘텐츠의 저작권은 원칙적으로 이용자에게 귀속됩니다. 다만, 다음 사항에 유의하시기 바랍니다.
이용자 생성 콘텐츠: AI를 통해 생성된 산출물의 저작권 및 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
플랫폼 서비스 라이선스: 회사는 서비스 개선 및 기술 운영 목적으로 이용자 콘텐츠를 내부적으로 처리할 수 있는 비독점적 라이선스를 보유합니다.
회사 소유 자산: NK AI Studio의 UI, 로고, 코드, 브랜드 에셋 등의 모든 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
제3자 콘텐츠: 연동된 SNS(TikTok, Instagram 등)에서 가져온 콘텐츠의 저작권은 원작자에게 있으며, 해당 플랫폼의 이용약관이 적용됩니다.
이용자는 서비스에 업로드하는 모든 콘텐츠가 제3자의 저작권을 침해하지 않음을 보증합니다.
5서비스 이용 제한
회사는 이용자가 다음에 해당하는 경우 사전 통보 없이 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지·삭제할 수 있습니다.
본 약관을 위반한 경우
불법 행위 또는 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위를 한 경우
허위 정보를 이용하여 계정을 생성한 경우
서비스의 안정적 운영을 방해하는 행위를 한 경우
장기간(1년 이상) 서비스를 이용하지 않은 경우
연동된 SNS API 정책을 위반한 경우
회사는 서비스의 유지보수, 시스템 장애, 천재지변 등의 사유로 서비스 제공을 일시 중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 공지합니다.
6면책 조항
회사는 다음과 같은 경우에 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
천재지변, 전쟁, 테러, 정부의 조치 등 불가항력적 사유로 인한 서비스 장애
이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애 및 데이터 손실
이용자가 생성한 AI 콘텐츠로 인해 발생한 제3자와의 분쟁
TikTok, Instagram 등 제3자 플랫폼의 API 변경·중단으로 인한 서비스 제한
이용자 간 거래 또는 서비스 내 제3자가 제공하는 정보의 정확성
무료 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 손해
AI 콘텐츠 면책: AI 모델이 생성한 콘텐츠는 부정확하거나 편향된 정보를 포함할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 생성된 콘텐츠를 검토하고 최종 책임을 부담합니다.
7약관 변경 고지
회사는 관련 법령의 개정, 서비스 정책 변경 등의 사유로 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 약관 변경 시 다음과 같이 고지합니다.
시행 7일 전 서비스 내 공지사항 또는 이메일을 통해 사전 공지
이용자 권리에 중대한 영향을 미치는 변경의 경우 30일 전 공지
변경된 약관은 공지된 시행일부터 효력이 발생합니다.
변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 변경 시행일 이후 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 변경 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
8분쟁 해결 및 준거법
본 약관과 서비스 이용에 관한 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해결됩니다. 분쟁 발생 시 회사와 이용자는 먼저 협의를 통해 해결을 시도하며, 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 회사 소재지를 관할하는 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있습니다.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NK AI Studio application and all of its features. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2Acceptance of Terms

4Content Ownership & Copyright
You retain ownership of content you create through the Service. However, please note the following:
User-Generated Content: You are responsible for the copyright and any consequences arising from AI-generated outputs.
Platform License: The Company holds a non-exclusive license to process your content internally for service improvement and technical operations.
Company Assets: All intellectual property rights in NK AI Studio's UI, logo, code, and brand assets belong to the Company.
Third-Party Content: Content sourced from connected SNS platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) is owned by the original creators and governed by those platforms' terms.
By uploading content, you represent that it does not infringe any third-party copyright.
5Service Restrictions
The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account without prior notice if you:
Violate these Terms
Engage in illegal activities or infringe upon others' rights
Create an account using false information
Disrupt the stable operation of the Service
Remain inactive for an extended period (1 year or more)
Violate the API policies of connected SNS platforms
The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, system failures, or force majeure events, and will provide advance notice where possible.
6Disclaimers
The Company is not liable for damages arising from:
Service disruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions)
Service disruptions or data loss attributable to the user
Disputes with third parties arising from AI-generated content you created
Service limitations due to API changes or discontinuation by third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
Accuracy of information provided by third parties within the Service
Damages arising from use of free-tier services
AI Content Disclaimer: Content generated by AI models may contain inaccurate or biased information. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.
7Changes to Terms
The Company may modify these Terms due to changes in applicable law or service policy. Notice of changes will be provided as follows:
At least 7 days' advance notice via in-service announcements or email
At least 30 days' advance notice for changes that materially affect user rights
Updated Terms become effective on the announced effective date.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and request account deletion. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any disputes related to the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered address.
